Notre Dame Dollars or ND$$ is a wonderful way for you to help your parish earn funds!
It is a NO-Cost to you fundraiser and here is how it works. Notre Dame buys gift cards from many area and national stores and restaurants at discounted prices and sells them to our parishioners at face value. This generates a profit that translates into income for our Pastor to use for much needed capital improvements to our Parish buildings and grounds; it also helps parish families to earn tuition credit to use for both PREP and Notre Dame School. This is such a valuable way for us each to do our part in helping our Parish Community! Notre Dame Dollars are sold in the school office during the school year from 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM, Monday - Friday and Summer Hours are Monday - Wednesday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM in the rectory as well as after the 4:30 PM, 7:30 AM, 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM weekend Masses. So there are plenty of opportunities to purchase your gift cards (also known as Scrip). The following are available at all sales: Giant, Weis, Redners, Valley Farms, JC Penney, Kohl's, Bennigan's, Panera, Feasta Italiana and Baskin Robbins (Dunkin Donuts on Catasauqua Road). There is also a Monthly Sale that would require an advanced order sheet and that offers over 50 different retailers! Tuition Credit is earned at 50% of the profit generated by your purchase. A very generous incentive offered to us by Fr. Tom Baddick. For example: Purchase $1000.00 in Giant gift cards, they give us a 10% discount that would generate $100 in profit so $50.00 tuition credit would go to you!
